5 tips to support/increase your milk supply
5 tips to support/increase your milk supply
1/. Increase water intake- nursing mamas should be consuming between 8-14 glasses a day.
One way to help bump up your water intake is to have a glass handy every time your nurse.
2/.
Nurse skin to skin and increase frequency. Remove clothing barrier and
have baby nested up to your bare skin. This releases lots of oxytocin
for you and babe and promotes milk production.
3/. Drink Raspberry Leaf Tea
or Mother's milk blend. In addition to increasing your water intake,
sipping on a couple of these glorious brews will help your milk
production. I recommend drinking while soaking in a well prepared bath

is like vacation in a bottle, perfect for calming and relaxing any
stress or anxiety about nursing. Did I mention the well prepared bath?
5/.
Add a smoothie a day. Without a doubt, having kids can make meal prep a
little more challenging. Smoothies are a quick way to help ensure you
are getting the nutrients you need to produce an abundant supply.
