Essential Oils for Pregnancy + Postpartum

Not going to lie, I had trouble with this oil at first. The smell repulsed me but after an information session where they explained that often the oils we dislike the most are the ones we need the most. I gave it another try and another until I loved it and craved the smell!
  
Joy is an amazing oil that calms anxiety, uplifts mood, calms mood swings, fights depression, sadness and grief and relieves stress. This is great to use in both pregnancy and postpartum to combat those days you don't feel glow-y and upbeat.  

How to use: put 1 drop in your palms (either neat or diluted) rub together, cup hand and inhale.
Apply 1-2 drops (neat or diluted) over heart, top of head, to ear lobes, or back of neck.
Diffuse in your preferred YL diffuser.
