diy belly butter


there are many variations to this diy belly butter but this is one of favourites.
And it's not just for pregnant bellies, great for postpartum or to use on dry skin!


Melt 1/2 cup of coconut oil, 1/4 shea butter and 1/4 cup cocoa butter. stir together
Add 20 drops of YL frankincense 
15 drops of Lavender
Optional: 1 TBS almond oil
Optional: 1 TBS vitamin E oil
let cool in glass jar (mason jars work great!)
Apply to belly, breasts and legs as desired. 














Alternative oils to use: CedarwoodYlang Ylang

Frankincense can reduce scarring, wrinkles, stretch marks and other skin irritations, it's also great at combating stress, anxiety and allowing the body to balance. Lavender is a gentle oil, wonderful for skin irritations including eczema, acne, bruises, scars etc. Calming and soothing, aids in sleep disruptions.
